QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management. Preferably with units on his/her way to a master's degree.
- At least forty (40) hours of training in Business Development and Marketing, (Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety) Management System and/or EHS Training
- Preferably licensed professional
- With at least ten (10) years’ work experience in EPC or facilities management companies with at least three (3) years experience in a managerial position.
- Willing to work in Quezon City.
- Willing to start immediately.
- One (1) Full-Time position is available.
JOB SUMMARY:
Business Development and Marketing Manager directs and leads the Business Development Department. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creates and improves the Business Development Strategic Objectives and Plans.
- Directs, manages and leads the Business Development team to meet annual target sales and, more importantly, ensure that the needs and expectations of the clients are met if not exceeded.
- Leads Risk Assessment and Control Studies and directs implementation of actions.
- Leads Client Handling, Customer Satisfaction Feedback and provide inputs on the commercial parts during Tendering and Bid Submittals
- Identify ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; and discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials;
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with Operations.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
- Leads and/or participates in the Monthly Meetings.
- Leads and/or actively participates in other periodic and special meetings related to the Department under his responsibility.
- Attends and actively participates in the Management Review meetings.

Sets strategic long-term and short-term Division goals and evaluates outcomes.

Effectively manages and leads the Construction Division to meet project contract agreements and aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

Leads risk assessment and control studies and directs implementation of actions.

Leads in developing effective project controls.

Research and reports on economic, legal, and other factors that may impact project success.

Directs effective project management of all projects under his responsibility.

Leads and actively participates in the periodic project meetings.

Provides innovative inputs into operations with regard to methods, resources, program, estimates, risk identification, and restraint.

Ensures coordination for the timely acquisition of critical resources for the projects and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that may arise.
