JOB SUMMARY:
Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the Construction Department.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
A. ADMINISTRATIVE
- Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the department’s management personnel.
- Checking and summarizing the department’s personnel’s Daily Time Records for every payroll cut-off.
- Coordinating DTR and other concerns with Project HRs.
- Checking and monitoring Site Warehouse Inventory.
- Monitor All Service Vehicles, Trucks, and Motorcycle registration renewal dates.
- Prepare and monitor Monitor Money Movement Authority for house and vehicle rental, building permit payments, and utility bills.
- Assist in checking, recording, and following up on the Expense Reports and Replenishments of the department.
- Assist in coordinating hiring, deployment, mobilization, transfer, demobilization, and separation of the department’s personnel. Monitors manpower movement.
- Other related duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the department’s management personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer-Aided Design, Engineering Technology, a graduate of any drafting or a related field.
- Comprehensive training in AutoCAD Software.
- With one to two (1-2) years of relevant work experience.
- Possesses good communication skills, multitasking abilities, good analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.

JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Convert hand-drawn sketches and specifications from technical engineers into precise digital format.
- Work closely with technical engineers and other team members to ensure the accuracy of designs.
- Assist in project presentations by supplying visual materials that complement project proposals.
- Revise models and drawings to comply with changes during the construction or manufacturing process.
- Update existing digital files to reflect changes in design drawings.
- Verify drawings by comparing them with the drafts, instructions, and other visuals provided by Technical Support
Engineers. Ensure that details in the title block, such as revision number, drawing title, drawing number, revision
notes, date, and scale, are accurate. - Refer to the drawing master list and maintain correct drawing records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management. Preferably with units on his/her way to a master's degree.
- At least forty (40) hours of training in Business Development and Marketing, (Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety) Management System and/or EHS Training
- Preferably licensed professional
- With at least ten (10) years’ work experience in EPC or facilities management companies with at least three (3) years experience in a managerial position.

JOB SUMMARY:
Business Development and Marketing Manager directs and leads the Business Development Department. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creates and improves the Business Development Strategic Objectives and Plans.
- Directs, manages and leads the Business Development team to meet annual target sales and, more importantly, ensure that the needs and expectations of the clients are met if not exceeded.
- Leads Risk Assessment and Control Studies and directs implementation of actions.
- Leads Client Handling, Customer Satisfaction Feedback and provide inputs on the commercial parts during Tendering and Bid Submittals
- Identify ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; and discovering and exploring opportunities.

Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and part replacements.
- Repair or replace dmaaged components such as engines, transmissions, brakes and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Use diagnostic tools, hand tools and power tools to perform repairs.
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures while working in job sites.
